Return goods are products being sent back by the customer for any kind of reason.
Maybe the color is deflected, the product is not as expected or dead on arrival (doa).
Anyway, there are many kinds of reasons why a product is being sent back.

Refurbished Goods

Our refurbished goods are return goods that have been tested, repaired, cleaned, repacked or relabeled.
These goods can be sold as new or as ‘OK’. They are fully functional and come with a Tronex ‘OK’ warranty.

Stock lots

Stock lots are products in bulk. These products are not sold separately but as a full truck or container.
Due to the size of the stock lot (up to 33 pallets or more) pricing is very beneficial for the buyer.
